1 1/4 c whole organic cane sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
1 can pumpkin (2 cups fresh or canned)
2 3/4 c flour
3 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
1 c raisins (I like the organic, smaller raisins)
1 c pecans, chopped
Mix together in order. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
